ADAPTATION

Modern Art Orchestra ́s special focus in their concert is musical adaptation in terms of genre, instruments, or even epoches. Besides pieces and adaptations by the excellent soloists of the Orchestra: János Ávéd, Kristóf Bacsó, Gábor Cseke, Gábor Subicz and the Orchestra’s leader Kornél Fekete-Kovács we can hear the premiere of a new composition written for the MAO by Balázs Horváth as well as adaptations from Bartók’s Fifteen Hungarian Peasant Songs.
